What is it?

An easy to follow personalised one to one online coaching service which can help you to;

  • Improve your pop up

  • Improve fitness for surfing and life

  • Built by female surfers, for female surfers (who are also degree level qualified specialists)

  • Join a community of woman on the same journey (private what's app group)

  • Program delivered via an app

  • Applied exercise science to our programs which mean they work, no guessing if you are doing the right thing as we will test regularly 

  • New training blocks every 6 weeks

  • Completely individualised approach tailored to you

  • Submit video feedback as much as you need and get reply within 24 hours!

We are hollistic in our approach and we will take the time to understand your current schedule and program your routine to fit in with the demands of your life.

Who is it for?

Surfers who  are self- disciplined and who want to invest in their surfing long term and build the physical foundations needed whilst also reducing injuries at the same time. 

 

Every one is different and has different training and injury history and time available per week. This is where 1-1 service helps to tailor your training to you, not some generic random  circuit. I can tailor the program to work for a home set up, gym or hybrid. Beginner's are very welcome and I can help you gain confidence in training, you just need to bring a willingness to learn, train and engage with me. 

How do I sign up?

Step 1

Fill in the form below if you are interested in 1 to 1 coaching with me and we can see if it would be a good fit.

Step 2

If it looks like a good fit, we will do our initial consultation where we get to know each other, talk through your goals, injury history, training environment and lifestyle and I can answer your questions.

Step 3

I send you movements to complete and send back to me. 

Step 6

Train! Send your coach videos , ask questions for feedback as needed (via WhatsApp)

Step 5

Receive your first training block within 48 hours. 

Step 4

You pay the coaching fees. (Please note: There is a minimum 3 month commitment for this service to allow time for two 6 weeks training blocks to allow for progressive adaptations and real sustainable results to show.)

Step 7

Video check in after each training block (every 6 weeks), to ensure the next training block is on point
